The whisky was fully matured in first fill ex bourbon barrels. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47. 5% ABV, with no chill filtration or colour added. 1013 bottles were produced. The nose is bright orchard fruits with citrus peels, varnish and vanilla notes. An oily palate screams 'Dailuaine', with more orchard fruits (ripe yellow peaches) and
