21 February 2016 An excellent article.I know I consume too much beer,if only sociably.( I recently completed a row of 5 night shifts without a drop).Hence I am aware I can do without,but I do enjoy a beer!Though Will definitely now have 3/4 beer free days a week;and will probably enjoy my beer days even more so!Plus I totally agree with comments made by Rod Davies below,a balance has to be found,together with a certain amount of luck
