May 13, 2009 In response to last years widespread flooding in Wisconsin and the need for more lawyers to be trained to handle a disaster, the State Bar of Wisconsins Young Lawyers Division is teaming up with professionals from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and private practitioners to offer a free disaster legal services training program
Regarding attitudes, 85.7% believed that smoking should be banned in public places, and 88.4% supported encouraging smokers to use designated areas
