Low Colour Maris Otter malt, combined with Wheat and Oats for body and head retention provide the backbone, with the colour from a wash of Carafa III. Bitterness comes from Columbus hops, and the dry fruity characters from Simcoe hops and the use of an ESB yeast. Enjoy with Friends, by itself, or try it with game dishes, Roast duck or perfect with strong cheese.
