Indiana law defines an e-cigarette as a battery powered device that delivers nicotine or other substances to the body of a user in the form of a vapor. This definition doesnt apply to devices that are used solely for aromatherapy purposes, nor does it apply to nicotine replacement products like patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers and nasal sprays
The use of e-cigarettes shows slightly better results but perpetuates the habit of smoking, which is not ideal in the long term
