The jacket has a contrasting checkered lining in cotton muslin whereas the body of the garment is made with hand spun and hand handwoven Eri silk that has a beautiful slubby character which looks coarse but is extremely soft and lightweight

The smocking is done using our specialised technique of using floral embroidery to secure the pleats
